Everyone must fill out the Tuition Agreement Authorization form and leave a copy of their listed credit card to enroll in classes. The tuition and credit card authorization policies are listed below...

1. Payment must be made in advance
2. We accept the following forms of payment
• Visa or Master Card (All Payments)
• Cash or Check (Yearly Payments ONLY)
3. All Semester and Monthly Payments must be paid by Automatic Withdrawal.
4. Registration Fee is due at the time of enrollment to hold your space in the class
• $40/student
• $60/family
5. Tuition rates are based on a 33-week dance year. For your convenience, tuition can be paid in 9 monthly payments, 2 semester payments or 1 yearly payment. There is no tuition reduction or make up class for the days or Holidays we are closed, these are included in the yearly tuition rate.
6. Monthly, semester, and yearly payment schedule
• Monthly payments are due by the first class of the month (September - May)
• Semester payments (5% discount) are due September 1st and January 15th
• Yearly payments (10% discount) are due by September 1st)
• Semester payments not paid by the deadline will not receive the discount, and the account will go on monthly payments September 2nd and/or January 16th (your credit card will be charged)
7. Concert Fee Schedule
• 4 payments withdrawn the 1st of the Month (October - January)
• 2 payments withdrawn the 1st of hte Month (October and December)
• 1 payment due by November 1
8. Invoices are not issued
9. Monthly, Semester, and Yearly payments are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.
10. Costume Fees, Concert Fees, Merchandise, Company Fees, Competition Fees, Convention Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE
11. Late Fees
• If account is not paid, a late fee of $25 will be added to your account on the 10th of the month.
• Late fees are accruable.  If the previous month’s tuition has not been paid, the student may not participate in class until the balance is paid.
12. Returned Check / Declined Credit Card Fee
• There is a $25 fee for each returned check / declined credit card.
• If your credit card is declined, your child will be suspended from class beginning the 15th of the month until payment is made
13. Your account (tuition and fees) must be paid in full prior to the annual dance concert.  Accounts that have outstanding balances will not be allowed to participate at the annual dance concert.   
14. When dropping or changing a class, parents must fill out and return the add/drop form by the 15th of the prior month or the next month's fees are applicable whether or not hte student has attended. (Example: you are dropping the class in November, you must turn in the add/drop form by October 15)
15. There are no discounts, credits, or refunds of any tuition (this includes monthly, semester, and yearly tuition), enrollment fee, entry fees, merchandise, concert fees, and competition fees.
16. Costume Fees, Concert Fees, Company Fees, and Competition Fees must be paid on or before the due date.
