Studio Communication

  • We believe that clear communication is important to help the studio operate smoothly and make dance an enjoyable experience for our families.

Meghan will discuss the question with your child's teacher and decide on the appropriate action. Meghan will respond to your question within one week and will set up a meeting with the teacher when necessary. Teachers often have back to back classes and are not available between classes, this policy will help the teacher stay on time with their class schedule and will allow for any questions or conflicts to be discussed with Meghan and the teacher. Please do not contact the teacher directly. Teachers do not have access to parent accounts, phone numbers, or information. Teachers are not allowed to contact parents directly.
  • Your opinion is important to us; however, serious issues should not be discussed during class times. Please make an appointment through the office staff so that we will have the proper time to address the issue.
  • We encourage your feedback on how we are doing as a studio and on how we could better serve your family.
  • It is the responsibility of the parent to stay informed on studio events and activities.
